Emotional Needs Support Assistant – 1:1 Support

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant, starting as soon as possible, to support a child with emotional needs that include trauma who is presently in Year 2 on a 1:1 basis in mainstream school.  This is a very exciting and rewarding position for the right person.  As progress is made, there will be the opportunity to work with other children in the school with similar needs such as ASD and attachment.

Grade 6 – £19,945 – £22,021 pro rata (actual salary £13,469 – £14,871)

30 hrs per week – term time only – 8.45am – 3.15pm  (half an hour lunch break).

Clubs Manager

A very exciting position has arisen for someone who can bring new ideas and initiatives and develop our ‘Out of School’ clubs.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working person to join our out of school cub team.  Responsibilities and details of the role includes: 

Club Manager: Breakfast club, after school club, club developer 16 hours per week (11.25hrs at the club, which runs from 3.15pm until 5.30pm – Monday to Friday + 4.45 flexible hours for admin). 

Breakfast Club: (management only – attendance not required) 

After School Club: delivering high quality, creative play and care for children from the age of 3 – 11; planning activities, preparing and serving healthy snacks, communicating effectively with parents and carers, setting up and clearing the play setting 

Club developer: to organise and plan the current clubs and to look at ways of expanding the choice and breadth of clubs on offer so that our wrap around care is second-to-none.

This is a permanent part-time position, term time only.  Support and training will be provided.

Grade 8 – £24,313 – £26,999 pro rata (actual salary £8,756 – £9,724)
