Breakfast and After School Club Manager

 

A very exciting position has arisen for someone who can bring new ideas and initiatives and develop our ‘Out of School’ clubs.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working person to join our out of school club team.

Responsibilities and details of the role includes:

Club Manager – Breakfast club, After School club and club developer – 16 hours per week (11.25 hours at the club + 4.45 hours for administration)

Breakfast Club: (management only – attendance not required)

After School Club: the role is to deliver high quality, creative play and care for the children in the club; planning the safe operation of the club and its staff, preparing and serving healthy snacks, communicating effectively with parents and carers, setting up and clearing the play setting.

Club developer: to organise the current clubs, including the finances but to also look at ways of expanding the choice and breadth of clubs on offer so that our wrap around care is second-to-none.

 

This is a permanent part-time position, term time only for a total of 16 hours per week.  The salary is:

Grade 8 = (£24,982 – £27,741) pro rata salary = £8,997 to £9,991 actual.

Playworker for After School Club

 

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the After School Club Team starting in  Autumn 2021.

You will assist with the planning, day-to-day organisation and operation of the club, providing high quality play opportunities and care for children in an inclusive environment in accordance with the school’s ethos and policies.

Initially, this is a temporary, part time position for 1 year, for 11.25 hours a week – Monday to Friday 3:15pm to 5:30pm, term time only. The salary is Grade 4 – (£18,933– £19,312) pro rata salary is (£4,794 -£4,890).

Lead Lunchtime Supervisor

 

We are looking to appoint a Lead Lunchtime Supervisor

This is a permanent position, term time only, starting as soon as possible. Areas of responsibility to include:

 

To develop the role of Lunchtime Supervisor

To allocate duties and activity zones to the Lunchtime Supervisors

To plan, develop and review lunchtime routines

To ensure all lunchtime staff follow the school’s positive behaviour policy

To improve play facilities and opportunities

To check all areas of the school on a regular basis when children cannot play outside

To arrange for cover in case of staff absences

To report any serious incidents to the Headteacher

KS1 Teaching Assistant and Lunch Time Supervisor

Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to support class teachers with the academic and emotional progress of every child.

 

The role will require cover for whole classes that are planned and also impromptu cover in times of staff illness.  This will mainly be based in KS1 but could also include cover in Years 3 and 4.

You will be joining a vibrant, diverse, inclusive, community school which was graded by Ofsted as ‘Good in all areas’ in April 2018, with a wonderful team.
