Full Time Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a passionate teaching assistant to work with groups of children in upper key stage 2 as part of a whole class and also to work on a one to one basis with children with special educational needs.  It is an exciting and rewarding role and one where working as part of a team is essential.

Grade 4 – 5 – £18,426 – £19,554 pro rata (actual salary £11,406 – £12,104)

Grade 1 – £17,394 pro rata (actual salary £977)

27.5 hrs as a TA and 2.5 hrs as a Lunch time supervisor – term time only – 8.45am – 3.15pm  (including half an hour lunch break).  The position is initially temporary until 31.08.2020, starting as soon as possible in January/February 2020, with a view to making the position permanent in September 2020.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are looking for a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with groups of children in EYFS and KS1 to join our creative, inclusive, values-led and diverse school. It will include taking classes for PPA, working with groups of children alongside teachers and teaching assistants to ensure high quality education for all our pupils.  It is an exciting and rewarding role and one where working as part of a team is essential.

Grade 8 – £24,313 – £26,999 pro rata (actual salary £15,050 – £16,713).  

27.5 hrs – term time only – 8.45am – 3.15pm  (including 1 hour lunch break).  The position is permanent, starting as soon as possible in January/February 2020.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant, starting as soon as possible, to support children who have additional needs and/or an Educational Health Care Plan, on a 1:1 basis in our Nursery class.  Initially this is a temporary position until August 2020, subject to funding.

Grade  5 – £18,795 – £19,554 pro rata (actual salary £5,923 – £6,162) – 14 hours per week – 8.45am – 11.45am Monday, 8.45am – 3.15pm Tuesday & Wednesday

Grade 1 – £17,394 pro rata (actual salary £586) – 1.5 hours per week 11.45am – 12.15pm Monday – Wednesday
