Dear Year 6 Parents

Dear Year 6 Parents,

Just a polite request to please not send your children in on Monday without having received confirmation from the school first that they have a place. This is because of our stringent health and safety risk assessment. All children have their own desk, own equipment and are divided over three classrooms with one way systems in place. This took careful planning and anyone arriving unexpectedly would not have a space and it would be so sad to have to send children home.

If you require a place and our numbers increase, we will set up a fourth classroom. Again, this will take time to organize so your child’s place will be confirmed for the following week.

I hope you understand that this is all about the risk assessment.

A reminder too that the start time for Year 6 is 9:00 am and to enter through the gate opposite the underpass – I will be there waiting for you and the children will be guided to the side entrance just before the Reception area to enter the building. If you would like your child to receive a school sandwich, please order at the office before the weekend as per my previous parent mail.

I am really looking forward to seeing you all again.

Best wishes,

Julie Holland
